Shipping & Delivery

Ranchborn currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after being placed. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, weather events, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary for certain regions, territories, and military addresses.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the United States is $3.99.

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information during checkout.

Ranchborn is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos (if applicable)
  • a description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to help review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ranchborn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe a package was stolen after delivery, we recommend:

  • checking nearby delivery locations
  • contacting neighbors or building management
  • contacting the shipping carrier directly
